Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Officer to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure alignment with company goals, governance standards, and client expectations.
This position is ideal for professionals with 3–6 years of experience in project coordination or delivery who are ready to take a more strategic and operational role within a structured PMO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and assist in implementing mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance frameworks, standards, and reporting templates.
- Participate in project status meetings and assist in tracking key milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and lessons learned across projects.
- Provide analytical and administrative support to improve project performance and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or AI.
- 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, delivery, or a similar role within a structured PMO environment.
- Project Management certification is required.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, DevOps, Jira).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
